Bad habits form early.  Heavy backpacks, disappearing P.E. programs in schools and 50 inch flat-screens are threatening to condemn our children to a longer life of back pain and dysfunction.  Even if your child is involved in sports and activities, their coaches and leaders likely lack the training to address these more subtle and modern issues of biomechanics and posture in the age of video games and cell phones.  Parents be warned, YPT also involves active modeling of good habits from you as well.  

YPT also features professional speed training.  Your child will be taught the finer points of sprinting to improve not only performance but over all spinal function.

ADL stands for Activies of Daily Living.  Moving for Wellness wants to be sure those 50+ movers are not left out to dry.  This program is designed for those of us who are looking to maintain our physical independence from walkers, canes, wheel chairs and nurses in the future.  Aging is unavoidable but the quality of life you maintain is up to you.  Learn to "cheat Father Time" by hiring a personal trainer who specializes in senior populations and the daily challenges they face. 

Your program includes Mover (personal) Training™ specifically designed for an age 50+ population.  Professional health screenings are done in cooperation with your doctor to identify the aspects of health on which your program should focus.
