We call our personal training, "Movement Training" It is far more than the personal training that you've seen. You were born to move well, you've just picked up some bad habits along the way. You will re-learn how your body interacts with the objects in your environment. You will be taught body awareness and movement patterns rather than individual exercises. The fun part about it is that once you learn the basics, you can invent your own workouts while remaining effective.
